- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Costs:
- Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $75
- For orders under $75, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method.
- Expedited and Overnight shipping options will have additional fees, calculated at checkout.
Order Tracking:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your shipment.
- You can track your order by entering the tracking number on the shipping carrier’s website.
- Or you may download the SHOP APP to track your shipping as well.
Order Delays:
- While we strive to ensure timely delivery, shipping delays may occur due to weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Please contact us if your order is delayed for more than 7 business days, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
Lost or Damaged Items:
- If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your tracking number so we can initiate a claim with the carrier.
- We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout.
